Graduation is a celebration of new possibilities.
When you give your heart to God, you’re introducing a whole new array of possibilities.
When you are a disciple, you are a graduate of the school of God.
You don’t need a lot of equipment [to do ministry]. You are the equipment.
Sometimes we as human beings do things so emotionally that we’re unwise.
Jesus was nailed on a cross for us, but we want to live all comfy right here.
Who we are should prove that we’ve graduated as disciples of Jesus.
If you have to just claim that you’re a disciple of Jesus, but everybody still asks you, then there is a little bit of a disconnect there.
If you claim to have a diploma or baptism slip that says your name as a disciple of Jesus, does the life you’re living prove it?
Do you help your neighbours? Do you reach out to the people beside you? Do you do ministry no matter if you feel like you don’t have the resources? Are you willing to not just put up your fists and just shake it off and move away?
