Ingredients

Small (for individual/small group use)Large (for large group use)
1 Tbsp Water (less for white, all-purpose flour)1/3 C Water
1 Tbsp Oil, overflowing1/2 C Oil
Pinch of salt1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 C Whole Wheat Pastry Flour2 C Whole Wheat Pastry Flour

Method

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix together the first 3 ingredients in a bowl or snack-size zippered plastic bag until milky in appearance.
Add flour. Thoroughly mix and knead in the bag for a few minutes.
Allow dough to sit for 10-15 minutes before rolling out evenly inside the bag.
Cut the top off the bag and flip the dough onto a pan lined with parchment paper or foil.
With a knife, slice the dough into small squares, but do not separate.
Bake at 400°F for about 12 minutes or until edges have browned.
