Applicants are required to have a degree in a health-related field with a focus on direct clinical care, microbiology, epidemiology, or public health, including knowledge of IPC practices and competencies.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience and infection control certification from CBIC is preferred. However, we will support the completion of this certification within the applicant’s first year of employment.
This position is under the direction of our care home, IPC clinical leaders, and leadership support from Regional IPC Long Term Care while working within the Mission, Vision, Values, and IPC Strategy Direction of WPM Infection Control responsibilities.
