A leadership workshop was held January 25 – 27, 2019 for all ministry leaders & ministry teams serving for the next two years. Our guest speaker was Pastor Ramon Escalante from the Allegheny East Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.
With over 34 years of experience as a minister of the gospel, Pastor Escalante shared his experiences to encourage us to strongly connected with God. In order to be effective leaders, we must spend time in prayer daily and be filled with the Holy Spirit.
This was a time of spiritual renewal for our ministry teams as we listened to the Word of God. Our own Joyce Odidison, a conflict analyst and conflict resolution specialist, also presented on managing conflicts in groups.
