Ramon Escalante’s greatest asset is being a child of God. For over 36 years, he has dedicated his life to the gospel ministry. Born in Belize, Ramon graduated from the Adventist Theological Seminary in Costa Rica with a degree in theology and later earned his Masters in Pastoral Ministry.
Because of his dedication, vision, and contribution as a missionary at home and abroad, impacting the religious field beyond the boundaries of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, he was awarded an honorary doctoral degree in Divinity by the World Christianship Ministries in 1995.
During his ministry, Ramon has planted 15 churches in six different countries and is the proud founder of Bullet Tree SDA Academy in Belize. Some of his roles have included pastor, evangelist, National ADRA Director, Conference executive, and more. Presently he is the Director for the Spanish Ministry of Churches of the Allegheny East Conference, which is composed of 40 churches.
Ramon is married to Maria and is father to Michael, Vivenie, Iliana, and Jaris.
